The Thanksgiving section on this great classroom resource website offers many links to general information on Thanksgiving, as well as poetry and crafts.

The History Channel

Students and teachers can find THC’s multimedia video and article platform here. It is full of information on not just the holiday, but also on pilgrims, Puritanism, the Mayflower Compact, the thirteen colonies, and more.

Scholastic

This classic destination for educators offers printables, reading material, interactive activities, and even a “Mayflower Virtual Field Trip.”

The Pilgrim Hall Museum

The museum (located in Plymouth, Massachusetts) hosts a great site full of information on Thanksgiving, Pilgrims, Native Americans and more. Materials include insightful records such as the Mayflower passenger list, provisions lists for Plymouth Rock, and lists of Native and Colonial leaders.
